Data Analyst

Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia. Hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing investments to recommend optimal budget allocations across channels, markets, and specific campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to independently design and analyse A/B tests for marketing communication initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses and enhance visibility by building dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics).
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets to support business decision-making.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable using Python or R for data analysis.
• Experienced with at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and confident in creating data visualisations.
• Good understanding of statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
