Customer Experience Project Manager (iGaming)

Customer Experience Project Manager (iGaming): Managing UI/UX design and development projects for player experience with an accent on aligning with business goals and player needs. Location: Remote within EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Must be comfortable working in the Central Time (CT) zone and able to travel occasionally.

What you will do

• Manage UI/UX design and development projects from initiation through completion.
• Review and manage incoming Jira tickets, ensuring clarity and completeness for the team.
• Organize and document project meetings and follow up on stakeholder requests.
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to define project scope and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks.
• Produce and manage CX team process documentations within Confluence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a design management, project management, and/or product management role.
• Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).
• Fluency in English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Figma, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in the Central Time (CT) zone.
• Able to travel occasionally (domestically and internationally).

• Real money gaming industry experience.
• Understanding of Compliance and Legal risks within the online real money gaming industry.
• Familiarity and curiosity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
