• Design and maintain collaboration framework with partner departments.
• Operate request tracking system and monitor progress.
• Coordinate delivery timelines for multi-team initiatives and run regular syncs with key contacts across departments.
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalate when needed.
• Prepare status reports for team and stakeholders.
• Document processes and maintain operational playbooks, supporting launch coordination for cross-functional releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technology company.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of establishing and improving processes.
• Fluent English.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or platform companies.
• Background in product operations or program management.
• Gaming industry knowledge.
