What you will do
- Support product adoption and successful technical outcomes for LiveAction customers.
- Partner with CSMs and act as a technical bridge between customers, CSMs, Support, and Product teams.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, trainings, presentations, demos, and walkthroughs.
- Help customers implement best practices for network visibility, performance monitoring, QoS, and traffic/security analysis.
- Identify technical adoption risks and support onboarding by validating architectures and integrations.
- Contribute to technical documentation, enablement content, and training materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Enablement, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, Professional Services, or Network Engineer).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of networking and monitoring technologies: SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow, QoS, TCP/IP fundamentals, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in complex network environments.
- Comfortable delivering technical presentations and live demos to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured, and customer-friendly way.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive ownership of customer outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering formal customer training or enablement programs.
- Exposure to SaaS or hybrid deployments.
- Knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, REST APIs).
- Experience with Linux, APIs, or cloud networking concepts.
- Familiarity with network observability, performance monitoring, or NPMD tools.
