What you will do

  • Design and build custom AI solutions for business processes.
  • Integrate external AI platforms (OpenAI, Google Gemini) with existing systems using APIs, low-code platforms, and custom connectors.
  • Create data pipelines for AI models and machine learning workflows.
  • Develop and train ML models for lead scoring, forecasting, and CX optimization.
  • Work with NLP for conversation analysis, email automation, and customer interaction insights.
  • Build generative AI solutions for content creation and communication personalization.
  • Maintain and improve systems, update code, monitor performance, and retrain models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and other developers for scalable and reliable AI tools.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for designing and building AI solutions.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in Switzerland.
  • You must not require visa sponsorship to obtain employment visa status.
