Member Of Technical Staff (AI Pretraining): Developing algorithms, model architectures, and data mixtures for large-scale AI training with an accent on rigorous data-driven approaches. Location: Starting January 26, 2026, employees are expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if they live within 25 miles of that location in Switzerland

What you will do

• Develop algorithms, model architectures, data mixtures, and scaling laws for large-scale training.
• Drive algorithmic implementations, conduct experiments, and oversee training runs.
• Collaborate closely with teams on infrastructure, data, post-training, and multimodality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Proven expertise in the area of pretraining.
