TL;DR

Senior UI/UX Designer (Fintech): Designing user-centered interfaces for high-performance, real-time trading systems with an accent on balancing functionality, performance, and aesthetics. Focus on translating complex trading workflows into intuitive user journeys and ensuring design consistency across the product lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid working model in Porto, Portugal (4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Design user-centered interfaces for mission-critical, real-time trading platforms.
  • Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive, efficient, and visually coherent user journeys.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate interface effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Contribute to hirify.global’s digital strategy and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within financial software, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex, data-rich applications.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent).
  • Practical knowledge of web technologies: HTML and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of trading workflows, financial markets, and user needs.
  • English: Fluent written and spoken required.
