Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and build responsive, accessible websites and landing pages using Framer.
• Partner with SEO professionals to optimize performance, accessibility, and search visibility.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders on business goals and messaging.
• Develop modular components and templates for scalable website structures.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of hirify.global’ web presence.
• Use analytics, user behavior insights, and A/B testing to drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing and building websites, with a focus on visual storytelling and UX.
• Deep proficiency in Framer and a strong portfolio of responsive web experiences or live projects.
• Solid knowledge of layout, hierarchy, typography, and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with SEO and marketing teams and contributing to a design system.
• Strong visual communication, prototyping, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing websites for SaaS, technology, or AI-driven products.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS or an understanding of website development.
