TL;DR

Framer Website Designer (AI): Designing and building high-performing, visually compelling websites using Framer with an accent on SEO optimization, accessibility, and brand consistency. Focus on creating responsive landing pages and product microsites that optimize discoverability and user engagement.

Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: $100k – $125k

What you will do

  • Design and build responsive, accessible, and engaging websites and landing pages using Framer.
  • Partner with SEO experts to ensure designs meet performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization standards.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product stakeholders to align on business goals and messaging.
  • Develop modular components and templates for scalable site structures.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the web presence according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor site analytics and user behavior to drive iterative improvements and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in website design with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and UX.
  • Deep proficiency in Framer with a strong portfolio of live responsive web projects.
  • Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with web performance best practices, SEO fundamentals, and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system.
  • Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on marketing sites for SaaS, tech, or AI-driven products.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the underlying mechanics of website development.
