Regulatory Compliance Analyst

TL;DR

Regulatory Compliance Analyst: Executing day-to-day regulatory oversight activities for Interac's digital payment and identity verification services with an accent on maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely delivery of commitments. Focus on aligning practices with regulatory requirements under RPAA, PPS, OSFI Guideline E-21, and PCI DSS across the organization.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually, plus short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Execute regulatory oversight activities aligning with Interac’s PPS and RPAA frameworks.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support audits, Core Assurance Reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Manage a calendar of regulatory activities and reporting obligations, ensuring timely tracking.
• Facilitate RPAA onboarding and regulatory reporting with business units.
• Integrate regulatory oversight requirements into change management and product development processes.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and risk concepts; familiarity with RPAA, PPS, OSFI E-21, and PCI DSS is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists).
• Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI, and experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity.
