What you will do

• Consult hirify.globals on data pipeline designs and platform usage.
• Design and implement new features for the data processing platform.
• Guide the architectural evolution of the platform.
• Investigate and solve scalability and performance bottlenecks.
• Migrate to newer or better libraries and frameworks.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience developing and extending large and complex systems.
• Experience with huge amounts of data, specifically Hadoop/Spark.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Scala, Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong commitment to quality designs, automated testing, and documentation.
• English: Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
