We are looking for a high-level sales professional who understands IT services and outsourcing sales, knows how to open doors with cold outreach, and can turn conversations into real business opportunities.
You will own outbound sales activities across global markets and work closely with leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to build a predictable, scalable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
🌸Own outbound sales end to end and directly impact pipeline and revenue 🌸Identify high-value accounts and decision-makers where our services create clear business outcomes 🌸Build and deliver highly personalized, value-driven sales propositions 🌸Lead outbound conversations through discovery and qualification to opportunity stage 🌸Progress deals independently and involve US-based sales leadership when required 🌸Create sales-ready opportunities and support handoff to pre-sales and delivery teams 🌸Own outbound performance metrics and continuously optimize results
Requirements:
💦5+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development 💦Strong background in IT services, software outsourcing, or consulting sales 💦Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach 💦Experience selling service-based, complex offerings (not only products) 💦Confident communication with C-level and senior stakeholders 💦Advanced English (written and spoken) 💦Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outbound automation tools 💦Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable sales results 💦High level of ownership, independence, and accountability 💦Ability to manage multiple outbound initiatives in parallel
