TL;DR

Location: Remote from Europe, with company presence in Kyiv and Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (US, UK, EU).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Acquire new B2B clients and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in IT outsourcing or software development.
  • Proven track record of selling IT services or software solutions to the US and/or EU markets.
  • Understanding of Northern European business culture and sales cycles.
  • Experience in outsourcing / outstaffing / custom software development sales.
  • English level: C1+ (fluent communication required).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with US or Western European markets.
  • Existing network within the tech industry.
  • Experience selling team extension or dedicated team services.
