What you will do

• Understand high-level requirements from clients and key stakeholders.
• Communicate artistic vision with the Concept Lead/Art Director.
• Provide direction and comprehensive feedback to artist teams.
• Manage and task internal and external artist teams across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Producers, Directors, PMs, and Leads to manage deadlines and ensure quality production.
• Manage art assets by tracking iterations and updating lists.
• Mentor and train artists to foster their growth.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of game art pipelines, technical ability, and a capacity to lead projects with minimal oversight.
• Versatility in adapting to diverse art styles (stylized or realistic) and production tasks (characters, environments).
• Specialization in organic/hard surface modeling, unwrapping, and texturing, using the latest tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in game engines, including working with lighting, shaders, and assisting developers with art integration.
• Specific expertise in either environment creation and strong understanding of game level design, or custom rigging and advanced animation pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and strict adherence to quality standards.
