What you will do

• Define and execute a strategic data science vision aligned with business goals
• Hire, develop, and mentor data science leaders and teams
• Provide technical oversight while empowering teams to make decisions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineering leaders to deliver roadmaps
• Build a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, United Kingdom
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience shipping machine learning models through full product lifecycle
• At least 2 years of indirect leadership managing data science or ML teams
• Outstanding communication and ability to influence leadership
• Experience with classical ML and Generative AI technologies
