What you will do

• Design and build backend services and APIs for the internal campaign management platform.
• Work closely with product and data teams to understand campaign workflows and pain points.
• Build scalable integrations with third-party platforms like Xandr and Equativ.
• Model and manage business-critical data (campaigns, bookings, creatives, user access, audits, metrics).
• Propose pragmatic, extensible, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making while championing engineering best practices and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in software engineering with a focus on building backend systems.
• Deep understanding of backend development and experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Care about producing maintainable code using good programming practices and microservice patterns.
• Ability to see the big picture and align work with company goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Continuous learner passionate about technology and improving skills.
