What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, critical cloud projects, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-optimization.
• Refine requirements and influence the technical direction for your team and the broader engineering group.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for team-owned services, providing advanced operational support and ensuring high availability.
• Produce exemplary code and documentation, evangelizing best practices and standards across the group.
• Manage technical dependencies across different pillars to optimize delivery speed and business outcomes.
• Proactively explore and implement AI-driven automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience in an Azure Cloud Engineering or DevOps role.
• Advanced proficiency in designing and managing production-grade Azure services including AKS, Azure Service Bus, CosmosDB, and Azure Functions.
• Expert-level knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including designing reusable modules and secure state management.
• Complete understanding of enterprise networking, including Hub-and-Spoke VNet patterns, Azure Front Door (WAF), Private Link, and Microsoft Entra ID (RBAC).
• Strong experience with CI/CD orchestration (e.g., GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) and observability (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana).
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
