TL;DR

Customer Experience Territory Lead (APAC): Managing Forward Deployment Engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer outcomes in the APAC region with an accent on territory strategy, people leadership, and product adoption. Focus on translating global FDE strategy into a territory plan, driving continuous improvement from customer feedback, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

What you will do

  • Translate global FDE strategy into a clear territory plan and own territory-level objectives, OKRs, and KPIs.
  • Lead and manage a team of Staff Cloud Architects and delivery leaders, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and career progression.
  • Ensure FDE delivery standards are met or exceeded, acting as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations.
  • Own the proactive FDE engagement motion in your territory and hold managers accountable for product adoption recommendations.
  • Ensure FDEs are effectively embedded into account teams and align with Sales, AMs, CSMs, and TAMs.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality communication and partner with CS Operations on tools, processes, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working with technical consulting or managed services.
  • 3+ years of experience leading managers with territory oversight.
  • Experience working with Cloud Partners and maintaining at least one industry-standard cloud certification.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership and drive.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product.
