Senior Manager, Partner Services (Cloud Security): Driving the full lifecycle of partner services from initial planning and service creation to field acceleration with an accent on GTM strategy, service creation, and delivery readiness. Focus on ensuring operational excellence, pipeline growth, and value articulation for Authorized Service Delivery (ASD) partners and MSSPs across the APJC region.

What you will do

• Serve as the GTM Services Owner and Business Owner for the APJC region, aligned to regional goals.
• Collaborate with partners to define and build high-value service offerings (Professional Services, Managed Services).
• Oversee the execution of hirify.global’s enablement tracks to ensure partners meet "Build" phase standards.
• Monitor the services pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and providing technical/operational support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partner leadership, optimizing their operational processes and service models.
• Lead feedback loops between partners and hirify.global Product teams to drive serviceability improvements.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and scale a team of technical services or partner success managers across the diverse APJC landscape.
• Extensive experience in partner services, post-sales enablement, and driving partner-led GTM strategies.
• Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior leaders within large partner organizations.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and edge computing to guide reference architecture development.
• Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving measurable business outcomes.
