Senior Product Analyst

Location: In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office.

What you will do

• Support data-driven decision-making across the product team (Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, Engineers).
• Identify new growth opportunities including underserved user segments, use cases, and high-potential regions.
• Help define relevant proxy metrics and monitor them to influence company-level goals through experimentation.
• Support hypothesis formulation and prioritization using data, estimating impact and defining clear success metrics.
• Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing analytical input to shape priorities.
• Evaluate experiment results in terms of overall impact on core product metrics.
• Translate analysis results into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
• Experience with A/B testing and knowledge of statistics for A/B testing.
• Advanced SQL/Python/R for data analysis.
• Experience in data visualization (Python/Looker/Tableau or similar).
