We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of data‑driven
applications, including Power BI reports, dashboards, web-based data tools, and ELT processes. In
this role, you will design and execute testing strategies, validate data accuracy, and collaborate
closely with development and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Test Power BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, usability, and alignment with
business requirements
• Validate ELT pipelines, data transformations, and source‑to‑target mappings
• Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, scripts, checklists)
• Work closely with data engineers, report developers, and analysts
• Perform regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Use SQL to verify data integrity across environments
• Log and track defects related to data quality, rendering, and performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and propose improvements to testing processes
Requirements:
• Experience in software or data QA, preferably within BI/reporting
• Strong Power BI and DAX validation skills
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases/data warehouses.
• Familiarity with ELT/ETL concepts
• Nice to have: Web app and API testing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work
independently
