Customer Support Manager (Remote. Except Russia)
Dynamic startup revolutionizing the AI chat experience and we’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Support Manager to join our team.

Schedule:
5/2 (Sunday–Thursday)
17:00–01:00 (CET)

Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via Helpdesk
• Support users of our mobile application
• Handle payment questions and disputes (Stripe and other systems)
• Maintain internal knowledge base (FAQ)
• Respond to reviews in Google Play and App Store
• Resolve conflicts and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with Helpdesk systems (Freshdesk is a plus)
• Experience supporting mobile apps
• English B2+
• Strong empathy and communication skills
• Responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
• Experience with payment systems and disputes
• Experience replying to store reviews
• Fast learner, adaptable to new processes
