What you will do

• Embed with Managing Partners and practice leaders to become a trusted AI strategist.
• Influence product direction and roadmap based on frontline usage and customer feedback.
• Master hirify.global’s proprietary multi-model AI platform and its full stack.
• Solve novel, high-complexity customer problems by composing models, prompts, retrieval strategies, and post-processing logic.
• Design and deploy elegant, scalable solutions that deliver value to customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 50-80% travel within your coverage region.
• Genuine excitement about generative AI and willingness to go "under the hood".
• Exceptional communication and presence with all levels of a customer organization.
• Total project ownership for 90-day initiatives.
