What you will do

• Manage and mentor designers, focusing on user-friendly product creation.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Director of Product Design on staffing and professional development.
• Participate in user research to guide product design decisions.
• Define, test, and iterate on interaction design for new and existing features, including AI-assisted experiences.
• Experiment with AI tools and techniques to accelerate the design process.
• Collaborate on planning and execution within your product area.

Requirements

• Proven track record designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch (6+ years of product based UX design experience).
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring other designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design.
• Experience exploring or shipping AI-assisted features, or strong curiosity and judgment in applying emerging technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and developers.
