AI Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Be the primary responder in G2 (AI platform) support channels, troubleshooting issues and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Design and facilitate office hours and troubleshooting sessions, triaging complex issues to the Product team.
• Track common technical issues and feed insights to the Product team.
• Build and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including how-tos, troubleshooting guides, and product release notes.
• Design and deliver learning programs that shift mindsets towards consistent AI usage.
• Coordinate and facilitate enablement sessions and learning programs (office hours, workshops, Guild technical sessions).

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience, ideally with a technical background.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools, workflow builders, and APIs.
• Experience building, debugging, and troubleshooting AI workflows.
• Comfortable with MCP integrations (Slack, Gmail, Sheets, Airtable, etc.).
• Understanding of LLM and AI tool capabilities.
• Experience designing learning programs or enablement content, with an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
