What you will do
- Define and drive the multi-year product vision for how accounting firms partner with hirify.global and grow their practice.
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to build the central operating system for accounting firms across AP, AR, and Spend & Expense.
- Leverage unique data assets to deliver zero-to-one features providing unmatched insights and visibility into client bases.
- Solve deep operational pain points by understanding business models and bottlenecks of modern accounting firms, translating them into product requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Accounting Console, balancing the delivery of breakthrough capabilities with maintaining high-performance standards for daily workflows.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to define go-to-market and monetization strategies for created value.
- Create strategies that help firms adopt new workflows seamlessly and ensure understanding of the Accounting Console's foundational role.
- Establish clear KPIs that measure firm success across efficiency gains, client retention, and business growth.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or financial services.
- Proven success in owning financial workflow-based software solutions.
- Strong track record of creating and using structured frameworks to prioritize product opportunities and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, spend management, accounts receivable, compliance, and audit processes.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer empathy with business goals.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and data teams on workflow orchestration and intelligent automation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering across engineering, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.
- Comfortable working directly with accounting firms both big and small to understand pain points, discover areas of opportunity, and influence for the best accounting firm experience.
