What you will do

• Define vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for AI-powered discoverability and experiences on the QuickBooks Learn & Support site.
• Lead the growth of AI-powered discoverability and experiences to deliver value for customers and grow the business.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data.
• Develop strong working relationships with senior and executive leaders across hirify.global.
• Raise the bar for PM talent through mentorship and coaching.

Requirements

• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role with a proven track record.
• Technical Product Management experience working with engineering teams.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences.
• An MBA is preferred.
