What you will do

• Develop technical documentation for existing and new products from scratch.
• Communicate with development teams and stakeholders to identify information needs.
• Track ongoing product development and keep documentation up to date.
• Write developer-focused (API) and user-focused documentation.
• Address gaps in cross-team product knowledge.
• Participate in requirements research and document new product features.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer.
• Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with UML Use Case, Sequence, and Activity diagrams.
