What you will do

• Lead documentation strategy for customer-facing and internal documentation across a SaaS platform.
• Write, update, review, and publish product documentation, including online content, guides, and Release Notes.
• Pioneer AI-enhanced documentation workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and CSM teams to ensure documentation meets diverse stakeholder needs.
• Audit, restructure, and modernize existing documentation to improve findability and usability.
• Build reusable templates, style guides, and processes that scale across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality documentation for complex software products.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand APIs, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (C1 equivalent).
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
• Self-starter mentality with strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Track record of establishing documentation processes and standards from scratch.
• Background in developer documentation (APIs, integration guides).
