Senior Analyst, Growth and R&D Tech Capabilities (Hive)

What you will do

• Operate Hive, a global end-to-end innovation solution spanning strategy alignment, idea generation, project lifecycle management, and advanced analytics.
• Co-own the roadmap review process, assessing and triaging change requests and their effects on integrations, architecture, security, and operations.
• Coordinate releases from configuration through production and ensure controlled delivery.
• Build and manage end-to-end change tracking, demand management, and development partner capacity planning.
• Lead service and support management with the development partner, including weekly tracking and monthly formal reviews.
• Monitor performance, manage change control, provide technical support, and drive action plans for operational issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT and/or data and analytics, ideally in a large Fortune 500 organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• IT Service Management experience with ITIL Foundation certification or higher, including incident, problem, change, and release management within SLAs.
• Experience with workflow management tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
• Technical project management, vendor management, data and analytics processes, and data product development experience.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau, alongside strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
