What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform services.
• Design well-versioned REST/gRPC APIs and asynchronous event-driven systems.
• Collaborate on cloud-native infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Partner with engineering teams to gather feedback and accelerate roadmaps.
• Mentor developers, define best practices, and contribute to CI/CD improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience in platform or shared-services teams.
• Strong Golang expertise with production experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST/gRPC APIs.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency and event-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Agile/Scrum experience and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Payments, fintech, or business recommendation platform experience.
• Experience with data modeling, multi-tenant API platforms, or authorization systems.
• Knowledge of cryptography or EMV.
