Salary: $196,750–$243,290 USD (Annual)

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale essential payment systems for hirify.global's global virtual economy.
• Architect and implement highly scalable and reliable services for millions of daily transactions.
• Identify and address system performance, security, scalability, and fault tolerance challenges.
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party payment providers and internal hirify.global systems.
• Ensure seamless and secure payment solutions across all hirify.global platforms (web, mobile, console).
• Uphold high standards for code quality, test coverage, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience designing and maintaining scalable systems (microservices, APIs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging distributed systems.
• Experience managing projects and planning work across different streams.
• Strong collaboration skills, including mentoring junior engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience working in frontend/mobile.
