What you will do

• Control and follow up on tickets, periodic payment method reports, chargeback identification, transactional and bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects correct transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, and billings.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits.
• Assist internal and external auditors with required documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and verification of cash at hand and cash at bank.
• Execute daily financial transactions, including verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit, business, or related careers.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• High experience in reconciliations.
• Advanced English level (B2).
• Minimum three years of experience working in a financial area (accounting, treasury, reconciliation).
• Good knowledge of accounting and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of payment methods business.
