What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern automation tools to solve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Client Operations, Finance, People, and G&A teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between platforms like Salesforce, JIRA, HRIS, and ERP for seamless data flow.
• Develop robust solutions with proper error handling, monitoring, and testing for long-term stability.
• Monitor automation performance, identify optimization opportunities, and iterate solutions based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation hirify.globalering, process automation, or a related technical role.
• Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex processes and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with common business systems like HRIS, ERP, and finance tools.
• 1+ year of Agentforce or equivalent agent building experience.
