Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, or fully remote globally. The team is based in Helsinki and supports an international organization across Europe and the USA.

What you will do

• Build and deploy AI workflows and agents to automate business processes, using platforms like N8N, Realm, or Zapier.
• Connect SaaS applications via APIs and automation platforms, managing AI/automation projects end-to-end with stakeholder updates.
• Support Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS devices across a remote-first organization.
• Manage SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Freshservice.
• Install, configure, and maintain MDM and EDR solutions, applying security best practices to automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and IT-related issues, and explain technical work and project status to leadership.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents using N8N, Realm, Zapier or similar tools, and understanding prompt engineering.
• Experience with API integrations and connecting SaaS applications, and managing SaaS application configurations (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Freshservice).
• Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS devices in a business environment.
• English: B2 required for good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who gets things done with minimal supervision and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Nice to have

• IT service management experience.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Practical security operations experience in business environments.
