What you will do

• Shape how students learn using AI, owning end-to-end features across different product areas.
• Build large-scale personalized video experiences and enhance topic prediction with AI.
• Develop new and guided practice formats beyond traditional quizzes.
• Create multi-modal, interactive learning elements like cards, graphs, and chat-based interactions.
• Implement social use cases for AI companions to bring students together.
• Rapidly ship A/B tests to millions of users.

Requirements

• Experience with software engineering in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Flutter or experience building a B2C app for a large userbase.
• Strong interest in consumer products and solving real user problems.
• Fluent English required.
• Ready to work from our Berlin office.
• Leverages AI as a force multiplier in daily work.

Nice to have

• German language skills are a plus.
