What you will do

• Architect and deploy production-level AI tooling, meeting security, networking, and data integration requirements.
• Build and maintain internal AI tooling infrastructure for demos, POCs, and production workflows across various platforms.
• Establish consistency in the AI tooling stack by defining standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for efficient AI building at scale.
• Build context management infrastructure for agent networks, including vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Design and implement system integrations to bring data from enterprise sources into AI applications securely and scalably.
• Develop internal applications to streamline Field Engineering workflows and track adoption metrics to measure tooling effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a technical role with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI tooling, context management, and application development (TypeScript/Node.js, Python).
• Proficiency in metrics & analytics, system integration, data pipelines, and platform security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python and 2+ years with data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and modern application architectures.
• Ability to meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 6 months.

• Experience with modern web application frameworks (React, Next.js).
