What you will do

• Own and build end-to-end AI products that deliver measurable value to students globally.
• Drive technical decisions aligning with product impact and key metrics like DAU and retention.
• Translate product ideas into real features by collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to product strategy.
• Develop personalized video experiences and advanced topic prediction using AI.
• Innovate future practice formats beyond traditional quizzes and build multi-modal outputs (cards, graphs, interactive elements).
• Ship A/B tests to millions of users quickly to iterate on learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working with LLMs and strong prompt engineering instincts.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Go, TypeScript, Python).
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Ability to balance speed with quality and turn messy ideas into useful features.
• Mindset: thinks in prompts and systems, builds to ship, serves the user, thrives in ambiguity, leverages AI as a force multiplier, values excellence.
