Location: Hybrid model based in Berlin, Germany, requiring face-to-face connection and collaboration in the Berlin campus 2 days a week.

What you will do
- Build and automate end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with Slack using tools like n8n or Make.
- Develop AI-enabled or agent-based automations using scripting and orchestration frameworks.
- Build and experiment with AI/ML-enabled and agent-based solutions.
- Implement API-based integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday.
- Support and improve existing automations and integrations.
- Collaborate with People Tech, HR, and other internal teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, scripting, automation, or integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience designing and building system-to-system integrations and automation workflows, including Slack-based workflows or bots.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts or tools (e.g., LLMs, agents, AI APIs, orchestration frameworks).
- Experience with Web Services and APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, WS standards).
