* Experience with personalization or adaptive systems such as recommendations, optimization loops, segmentation, or risk scoring.
* Experience building agentic or reasoning-layer capabilities, including guardrails and evaluation practices.
* Familiarity with the security domain, including phishing, email ecosystems, threat intelligence, or abuse prevention.
* Experience scaling global user-facing systems with localization, multi-region considerations, or multi-tenant complexity.

LOCATION AND SALARY RANGE
This role is based in Helsinki, and we work in a hybrid setup.
The compensation range for this position is €6,500–€7,500 per month, depending on experience.

2. Meeting with VP of Engineering (45 min, remote)
3. Assignment and Panel Interview (90 min, onsite)
