Senior Product Manager - Enterprise (API & SDK)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Austin, or Denver, US. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: $156,000–$215,000 annual salary for Colorado-based hires. Compensation may vary by work location. The role is eligible for equity participation.

What you will do

• Own priorities and scope for a high-performing engineering team focused on organizations and partners.
• Build enterprise capabilities that help the largest customers scale their use of hirify.global.
• Lead API design reviews and establish company-wide practices for pagination, versioning, and deprecation.
• Balance enterprise requirements with a simple experience for individual users and small businesses.
• Develop a personal roadmap and persuade other product managers to adopt unified API standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product designers, engineers, and practitioners such as platform engineers, DevOps professionals, and enterprise architects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent, delivering cloud solutions at scale for technical audiences.
• Deep familiarity with the Terraform SDK.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to design for enterprises without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses.
• Ability to work with product designers to translate requirements into an effective user experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Technical fluency and the ability to build credibility with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using agentic coding tools to navigate a codebase or prototype feature improvements.
• Data fluency, including working directly with data and using it to support product decisions.
• Understanding of how the Internet works across layers 2 through 7, or comparable expertise in another complex technical domain.
