What you will do

• Edit short-form narrative videos, prioritizing engagement and pacing.
• Build strong opening hooks, escalation, and emotional payoff through editing.
• Creatively solve challenges when footage is limited or imperfect, including AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with storyboard and AI generation artists to shape storytelling.
• Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance goals.

Requirements

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling.
• Understanding of attention-grabbing content for short-form platforms.
• Comfortable working with non-traditional or AI-generated footage.
• Ability to think creatively under constraints and high acceptance of AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience editing short dramas, episodic content, anime-style edits, or experimental visuals.
• English: B2 required.
