What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences, transforming complex technical constraints into approachable enterprise-grade products.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape the platform roadmap and facilitate cross-functional design reviews.
• Collaborate across product areas to build shared patterns for a cohesive enterprise experience.
• Scale design's impact by sharing decisions, concepts, and demos throughout the organization.
• Be an early adopter of AI-assisted design and "vibe coding" tools, experimenting with modern workflows.
• Move fluidly between Figma and code, creating prototypes or designing in code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally within enterprise or platform-centric environments.
• Strong systems thinker capable of managing complex logic and technical constraints without compromising on visual or interaction quality.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear UX approaches and proposals.
• High technical fluency and comfort in a code editor; you are a "designer who builds" and understands how your work translates to production.
• Proactive use of generative AI and developer-centric tools to accelerate ideation and increase output quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, network services, or cloud infrastructure.
