What you will do

  • Help customers translate critical user journeys into natural language tests.
  • Respond to customer support tickets and troubleshoot test failures.
  • Lead product walkthroughs for new features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering to surface edge cases and customer feedback.
  • Build internal documentation and resources, gaining hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering.
  • Analyze user sessions using analytics platforms to relay tactical product feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Recent graduate or current Junior/Senior with a Computer Science degree (major or minor) and coursework/interest in business.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI agents, automation, and software development.
  • Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Must be based on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience with QA, testing tools, or customer-facing roles.
