What you will do

• Drive and own campaign execution for assigned brand and agency clients.
• Utilize a proprietary platform to manage creator demos, flight for delivery, review content, and monitor performance.
• Directly oversee and communicate with creators to approve content, provide guidance, and resolve campaign problems.
• Monitor and track the performance and pacing of each assigned campaign.
• Source, identify, onboard, and maintain all communication with creators, including negotiations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on brand feedback, campaign performance, and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to drive and own campaign execution for clients.
• Understanding of content workflows and manual processes for unsupported campaigns.
• Proficiency in using proprietary platforms for campaign management and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Experience in monitoring and tracking campaign progress and performance.
• Must be based in Cordoba, Argentina.
