What you will do

• Design and deliver intelligent, scalable systems for AI-powered workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to bring innovative features to life.
• Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates.
• Anticipate and resolve technical challenges before they become blockers.
• Mentor and support teammates through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems).
• Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React.
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs within your domain.
• Strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies.
• Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
