Location: Onsite in San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 (Base) + meaningful founding equity

We are a well-funded SF Bay Area startup backed by tier-1 investors, building an agentic platform to transform complex enterprise software problems using program analysis, developer tooling, and code generation.

What you will do

• Design and implement the agentic layer with self-checking, reflection, and verification passes.
• Build the secure connector and runtime for complex enterprise systems.
• Develop tooling experience for developers and the analysis/planning engine that transforms legacy code.
• Orchestrate agentic workflows, including retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Stand up low-latency inference paths with token-level observability.
• Work directly with customers on high-leverage projects and define the company's culture, engineering bar, and roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in San Francisco Bay Area.
• Experience in designing agentic layers and orchestrating AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
• Ownership mentality, crisp communication, and comfortable making decisions with 80% information.
• Ability to move fast without breaking things, learn new stacks, and bring a "we will figure it out" attitude.
• Visa support/sponsorship available.
