What you will do

• Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals.
• Manage fintech integrations and partnerships, ensuring seamless operations.
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives to enhance customer adoption, retention, and revenue generation.
• Leverage AI-driven technologies and data-driven insights to innovate and improve user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes.
• Serve as the product domain expert, communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the Fintech space.
• Experience working with partners to integrate financial products such as money movement, credit card processing, or payments automation.
• Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes, especially in product-led growth environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning & LLM concepts, and practical experience applying AI to fintech solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
