Associate Game Producer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Support schedule execution and track milestones to ensure timely game shipment.
• Work with leads to clear developmental roadblocks and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Keep the team and stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document takeaways, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation.
• Maintain efficiency and organization within the development team through communication and task tracking.

Requirements

• This is an in-person/in-office position.
• 2+ years of experience in game development production.
• Familiarity with production workflows, milestone planning, and internal development pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks across teams and support schedule and requirement execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and experience in cross-disciplinary coordination.
