Location: 5 days/week @ NYC HQ

Salary: $200K to $325K base salary + initial equity grant + annual performance-based equity bonuses.

What you will do

• Build and optimize high-throughput market data pipelines.
• Develop automated smart order routing algorithms.
• Implement real-time portfolio ledgering and position tracking.
• Design and optimize high-cardinality portfolio optimization solutions.
• Contribute to systems solving complex business challenges around scalability and distributed systems.

Requirements

• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and general systems fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience architecting or contributing to systems that solve complex business challenges, especially around scalability, distributed systems, and large data volumes.
• Work onsite 5 days/week at NYC HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Kafka, ClickHouse, and cloud functions (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Experience with event-driven systems, trading systems, portfolio management or accounting systems.
