What you will do

• Lead the architecture, technical design, and implementation of the backend infrastructure from the ground up.
• Build and maintain low-latency indexing infrastructure for high-frequency block and full order book data at scale.
• Develop offline and online data analytic pipelines to power trading and risk engines.
• Contribute to trading engine infrastructure in collaboration with quantitative engineers to bring strategies into production.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the development team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems that interact with blockchain infrastructure in production.
• 5+ years of experience with modern backend languages such as Go, Rust, or Python in distributed architectures.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or early-stage environment.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
